Libyan Gov't, Opposition Reps to Meet in Ethiopia: UN Chief

UN Secretary-general Ban Ki-moon on Thursday said that representatives of the Libyan government and opposition will take part in an African Union meeting in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, as part of the international efforts to reach a ceasefire and political solution to the crisis of the North African country.
