(Jan 20, 2015, (ADDIS ABABA))--Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in the capital of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, late on Wednesday, as part of his official visit to the countries of the northeastern Horn of Africa peninsula.
Erdogan and his delegation landed at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport at 7.50 p.m. Turkish local time (1750GMT). They were received by Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn and Osman Riza Yavuzalp, the Turkish ambassador in Ethiopia.
The president is accompanied by his wife and daughter, Emine and Summeye Erdogan, as well as ministers including Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus, Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and Economy Minister Nihat Zeybekci.
