China orders airlines to ground Boeing 737 MAX 8 after crash | Al Jazeera English

(Mar 12, (Al Jazeera))--EnglishAChina has grounded its entire Boeing 737 Max fleet a day after an Ethiopian Airlines plane crashed, killing all 157 people on board. 

A team of experts from the United States is heading for Ethiopia to find out what caused the new plane's crash.  The jet plunged into the ground minutes after taking off. It's the second Boeing 737 Max crash in six months.

The flight was headed to Nairobi from Addis Ababa. It crashed near Bishoftu, southeast of the Ethiopian capital.  Al Jazeera's Catherine Soi reports from Nairobi and our correspondent Adrian Brown also joins us from Beijing to discuss the Chinese aviation authorities' decision.
