(Apr 10, 2013, (Rwanda))--A delegation of Ethiopian officials listen to a presentation on ICT
development in Rwanda at the Youth and ICT ministry, yesterday. The
Ethiopians are in the country for a one-week tour to learn and share
experience on how ICT has successfully been used in education.
Some of the projects they intend to visit include digital content
development and distribution and ICT use in teaching. The delegation was
received by Dr Evode Mukama, the head of Department of ICT in Education
at the ministry, who briefed them on the ICT development in the
country.
The visitors said they chose Rwanda because it is good at using ICT, especially in the education sector. By Laurent Kamana The New Times/ T. Kisambira
