(July 06, 2012, Johannesburg, South Africa)--Ethiopia will face Sudan in the final round of qualifying for the
2013 Africa Cup of Nations, according to the draws made at the Emperors
Palace here today.
The
two teams will play the first leg match in Khartoum during the week of
September 7-9, with the return leg match taking place in Addis Ababa on
October 14, 2012.
Defending champions Zambia and beaten finalist in the last tournament, Ivory Coast leads the seeded teams expected to make the 15 wining sides from the draw. South Africa’s Bafana Bafana team did not have to quality as they are host country and will only know on 26 October. South Africa qualify for the 2013 tournament as hosts.
