(June 14, 2011, ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia (AP)- An Ethiopian Airlines spokesman says an East African volcanic ash cloud has disrupted several flights.
The Volcanic Ash Advisory Center, which advises the aviation industry about volcano eruptions, said Eritrea's Dubbi volcano began erupting early Monday.
Getachew Tesfa says flights to Sudan's capital, to Djibouti and to northern Ethiopia are on hold Tuesday. He says other flights will continue.
