Russia to build a nuclear energy facility in Ethiopia

(Mar 17, (CGTN Africa))--Russia's Foreign minister Sergey Lavrov and his Ethiopian counter part Workineh Gebeyehu have agreed to work hand in hand in areas of development and security.
