Ethiopian grand renaissances dam Project on course despite Egypt's concerns of river Nile

(Apr 26, 2014, (CCTV))--Ethiopia is proceeding undeterred with construction of the Grand renaissance dam regardless of warnings that this could stifle its economic growth. The country has reiterated that the Dam on the Blue Nile near the Sudanese border will only generate electricity that it can export, and not reduce the long-term flow of the Nile as alleged. Once complete will be Africa's biggest dam.
