(Aug 23, 2012, Cairo)--Presidential spokesman Dr. Yasser Ali said
that Egypt's President decided to dispatch a high-profile delegation to
attend Ethiopian PM Funeral. Prime Minister Hisham Qandil, Foreign Minister Mohamed Kamel Amr and
Irrigation Minister Mohamed Bahaa Eddin will be on top of the
delegation.
Meanwhile, acting Coptic Orthodox Pope Anba Bakhomious left Cairo for Addis Ababa to participate in the funeral service of Ethiopian Orthodox Church Patriarch Abune Paulos that will be held on Thursday 23/8/2012.
President Mohamed Morsi also has sent on Tuesday 21/8/2012 a cable of condolences to his Ethiopian counterpart Girma Woldegiorgis over the death of Ethiopian Prime Minister Meles Zenawi.
