(Feb 26, 2012, MENAFN - Jordan Times)--Jordan and Ethiopia will sign a memorandum of understanding in March to recruit Ethiopian domestic workers in the Kingdom.
The memo, to be signed by Minister of Labour Maher Wakid and his Ethiopian counterpart, will set the procedures for recruiting Ethiopian domestic workers in Jordan.
A Jordanian delegation comprising Wisam Rimawi, a labour ministry official, Domestic Helpers Recruitment Agencies Association President Khaled Hseinat, and Director of the Chest Diseases and Foreigners Health Department Khalid Abu Rumman recently concluded a visit to Ethiopia to finalise the text of the memo.
