(KUWAIT CITY, Oct 20)-- Police have arrested an Ethiopian woman and referred her to the Psychiatric Hospital, reports Al-Anba daily.
According to reports the woman was arrested by the Jahra police for dancing in the middle of a main road opposite a shopping mall.
The daily added when police approached she ran inside the complex and started hitting her head on the wall. Police controlled her and on checking her records discovered she is suffering from psychological problems.
