Ethiopian illegal migrants influx to Yemen discussed

SANA'A, Feb. 12 (Saba) - Yemen and Ethiopia discussed here on Saturday aspects of joint cooperation in issues of the continuous influx of Ethiopian illegal migrants to the country.

The discussion took place at a meeting gathered Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Mothan and Ethiopian ambassador to Yemen Hasan Abdullah Ali.

Mothana and Mothan reviewed the possible mechanisms to deal with the Ethiopian illegal migrants and tackle the whole phenomenon.

Last year, Yemeni authorities deported more than 1000 Ethiopian including women who infiltrated into the country amid the flow of refugees from the countries of the Horn of Africa.
